My Tiny Ventures: Idle Tycoon, published by Dashpal Oy, has no account. Your progress is on your own device, and the only thing we hold about an install is anonymous usage statistics under a random id. The steps below cover all of it.
Stored only on your device. Uninstall the game and they are gone. We hold no copy, so there is no backup to ask us to remove.
Stop sending: in the game, open Settings → Privacy and switch Share anonymous usage data off. Nothing more leaves the device, including events that were queued while offline.
Delete what is stored: the same screen shows your usage data id. Email it to support@dashpal.app and we delete every event stored under it within 30 days. The id is random and not tied to you, so we cannot find your events without it. Uninstalling the game also discards the id, after which the stored events can no longer be connected to anything and expire after 12 months.
The rewarded ads are served by Google AdMob. The advertising identifier, ad interactions and diagnostics it processes go to Google, not to us, and the controls for that data are on your device and in your Google account:
Your choice about personalised ads can be changed or withdrawn at any time from the Privacy options button in the game.
Emails to support are the only thing we ourselves hold. They are deleted when the matter is closed, at the latest 90 days after the last message. To have them removed sooner, reply to the same thread at support@dashpal.app and say so.
